To reduce the stresses associated with this treatment option, ReproMed operates a shared-care service, which means you may have all diagnostics, follicle tracking and a pregnancy confirmation scan completed in Ireland. Southeast Fertility Services engages in regular contact with your chosen fertility centre, ensuring you get the best quality of care with the least amount of stress possible. Under the shared-care scheme, patients are required to travel just for the final stage of the treatment cycle.

Shared-Care with Southeast Fertility Services ensures:

• A comprehensive case history review.
• A full explanation of the process.
• Referral to an Irish or non-Irish affiliated clinic, if one has not already been chosen.
• Assistance in the completion of all contractual paperwork.
• Diagnostics completed in Ireland.
• Ultrasound scans completed in Ireland through our national network.
• Gynaecological and urology appointments in Ireland with an Irish registered specialist.
• Prompt access to your Irish team throughout the cycle to answer your questions as they arise.

Additional costs may include:

• Consultation with gynaecologist and/or urologist.
• Viral screening (required by the EU Tissue and Cells Directive).
• Trans-vaginal follicle tracking ultrasound scans. 
• Pregnancy confirmation ultrasound.
